If equipment or services requested are not used for any reason, other than Movi not being able to supply the same, it will not qualify the item(s) as deductible or refundable from the agreed quotation.

Rental and event orders may be cancelled up to 10 days before Job Start Date for a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellation 3 to 9 days prior to Job Start Date will not be refunded for the deposit amount paid. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to Job Start Date will be billed the full amount of the Quote. Cancellations due to acts of God (illness, death, weather, etc.) will be charged only actual costs incurred by Movi. These costs may include, but are not limited to, rentals, shipping, travel expenses, time spent, and other loss of income.
