Effective the date of signature / payment and until three days in advance of the booking in the case of postponement or cancellation of the project, the client is liable to pay a cancellation fee of 75% of the contracted work. Cancellation within two days of the event will result in full charge.The client is additionally liable to pay for any and all cost incurred up to the time of receipt by Movi of written postponement or cancellation of the project. These costs may include, but are not limited to, rentals, shipping, travel expenses, time spent, and other loss of income.
